If only you could transport us all to a happier time when Lil Kim and TLC were our fashion icons. Back when going to the beach, amusement parks, and swap meets for airbrushes tees were the highlight of spring break. Thankfully we have No Sesso for some nostalgia.

Designer Pierre Davis and Arin Hayes have created a following by being crafty, unapologetic and making walking works of art. The SS20 collection of No Sesso is no different. Titled “I’d Rather Rescue Myself,” Davis makes sure to keep to her blueprint and continues to create with hand-dyed, hand-embroidered and hand drawn fabrics in mind. No Sesso is about empower and uplift the community. From the imagery on the t-shirts and prints to the models that walk the show. Representation is more than a talking point. It’s all about preservation of self and those we hold dearest.
