From the top floor railings surrounding Rockefeller Center, I perched in a corner between a vibrant bush and a row of light scaffolding to watch Victor Glemaud’s SS23 collection on a busy September day. Fashion people vs tourist, tourist vs fashion people. It’s a struggle to actually see what is happening, but when I finally do, I get a feel good show from Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace, a disco boogie moment to one of my favorite musical songs every, “Hot Lunch” by Irene Cara,  and a  taste of what was and what is to come from fashion week.

A public display of  clothing is showcased in a way only Glemaud is able to do. A collection that really can actually be worn by any and everyone no matter their size or height.  Simplified American sportswear rooted in vacation wear for those that wish to live like they are always jet setting to the Caribbean.

Raffia-trimmed hats are used as accents for simple black rompers as bodysuits as pink as Lac Rose in Senegal and leopard print steal the show.

My favorite looks.
